bUAkronG
I find it interesting to see that Temple is only favored by 4 points for this weeks contest. They've won seven straight and are (as gozips.com says) red-hot.It should also be noted that Can't was 4 point favorites over us as well.I don't know about you guys, but I expected the spread to be greater for this one. tbozeglav
Does anyone have a list of what the spreads were for all of the Zips games so far this season? Id be interested to see how large they were for the games against the West and how they compare to our games against the East so far. johnnyzip84
I agree this is a little less than I expected. We'll see if it moves much during the week. If it doesn't, Vegas and others picked a good one from THEIR perspective.

If they do, that will mean every team in the East will have played in the MACC in from 2003 except, that's right, Can't State (we can at least enjoy the fact we've extended their championship-less game appearance once again). Miami has appeared twice and its a little trickier for BGSU since they were in it in 2003 but were a west division member then (let's send them back). jaycevs
We are not giving up 35 points. Look at their wins as being so impressive if you want, they did beat Army and Navy(WOW), but also have not blown most of these teams out or really dominated. They have no passing game, we need to stuff that back and make the QB make just a few mistakes, I think we capitalize on them and win this game. This team has not played Can't, OU, Northern Ill, CMU, WMU, or BG, so who have they played, since those are 6 of the top 7 in the MAC power rankings. We played 4 of them, with BG still coming up, and played them all well besides CMU.

Blue & Gold
Temple's loss to Villanove was shameful. They had an embarrassing collapse to end the game. If Pierce were playing back then, Temple would only have one loss - to Penn State. However, due to their weak strength of schedule, I think they're overrated and are in for a rude awakening at the Info tonight!Go Zips! ZachTheZip
Temple is 1-dimensional. They're living on borrowed time. With an offense like that, they're going to lose a few games.

Blue & Gold
Man, anyone else remember how one of Alex Allen's goals for the season was to go undefeated @ home? Poor Double-A. For that matter, poor anyone even remotely interested in Zips football.
