InTheZone
For me, I think I would've gone ahead and built stands in the endzone instead of the grass to give the stadium a look of being connected around. Stands on two sides looks kind of high school. It would've also made a nice student section.
GP1
Take all of the doors off of the bathroom stalls so a man can feel like he is taking a crap at the Rubber Bowl.

ZachTheZip
A connector to the fieldhouse. Alternatively, something to close in the south endzone, whether it be dorms or seating, or whatever to make it feel more enclosed.

scottditzen
A better looking building in the north endzone. To say it's aesthetically challenged is being polite.

Not even the locker room stalls had doors at the Bowl. Nothing like giving a wink and a nod to a female trainer walking by while you're droppin a deuce. First of all, it's "more empty", and secondly, the idea is that eventually we'll have a winner here and there will be butts in those seats. Though with the current incompetence in our program, that may be an impossibility more than an idea.

They do...at Lorenzo's across the street. Buy it there. It's cheap and you can just carry it right in.

I would install giant fans at both ends of the field and always run them into the face of the opponents offense. That would really give us a home field advantage and, hopefully, make the stands LESS emptier.
Dr Z
Proper advertising of the event that happens there. If you didn't write "within reason", I would have went with "nice weather."
skip-zip
I really think more than anything else, I'd like to still have that big, grass field right next to the stadium. The tailgating atmosphere has really changes with all of the activities spread out in isolated pockets around campus.

Captain Kangaroo
Quit sh!tting on the fans by booting them down by the Exchange Street railroad tracks for parking. Stop fantasizing about $5k donors filling Lot 9 and fill the damn thing with fans PERIOD. Funny how many thousands of man-hours were spent by UA fretting and legislating about alcohol on campus. For what? Idiots.

xu9697
Sell beer to the masses. Get rid of the "landscaping" around the building at the north end. Not sure what they envisioned that to be in the future, but it looks terrible right now. Cover it with two "A-roo" tarps for now.

That landscaping exists because they ran into sandstone while digging in the northwest corner. It would be difficult to cut through the bedrock to put something else there. Pouring concrete over it would result in a situation like the Rubber Bowl where water gets in there and eats away at the base. I think platforms could be put up over top of them to provide more room to stand.

That would be cool and allow for Removal and relocation if future expansion made it necessary.

Why build more platforms so that security can have more areas to yell at the few paying fans at the game to get behind the line. The security is a little too rough on where people can stand. johnnyzip84
Take out a dozen urinals and replace them with a couple of troughs. They don't have to be nasty, rust-stained, off-white, paint badly chipping troughs, though. Stainless steel might be nice. Then secure naming rights to said troughs for $2500 a pop. scottditzen
I envision special group seating. With wait service, terraced seating and picnic areas just like at Jacobs Field....I mean Progressive Field. Sell beer to the masses. Get rid of the "landscaping" around the building at the north end.
