Are you going to save some vacation. . .

For many of us, 2014 vacation reservation begins on January 1. Are you going to keep a few days in reserve in hopes of getting to go to a Zips bowl game?

I am curious how many of us are thinking that far ahead.

How many of us are optimistic about the Zips chances of making a bowl?

How many of us even would consider traveling?

I would hate to see a bunch of posts next year from people who cannot travel because of work. I am saving some days and planning to follow the team wherever they play. Yes, I am confident they will go bowling and those of us who travel will rendezvous for one helluva party.

Same. I go to PHX every year for work around the 26-28th, which is when a couple MAC bowls are. I have a ton of vacation, no worries there. I'll be there if it doesn't fall during my trip West and I can drag someone with me.

Really? Where? I lived there too. Go there every winter for some decent weather. Can't imagine that getting out of here in the winter isn't some type of 'vacation'. And,if the Zips are in a bowl game....how much better could it get?

Lived in Buckeye, was a true Westsider while I lived there.

For me, Going to Glendale at times as a pure chore, but have a lots of friends that live there, so I would not be having any "fun" other than the game itself.

The only time I ever visited Phoenix it snowed while I was there. The locals thought it was great but I was pissed because the golf course I was supposed to play was closed due to the weather.

Hawaii Bowl 2014? Tenth Anniversary of the 2004 "The Refs-Stole-it-From-Us-Game" finishing after 3AM EST. The only thing that kept Akron from its first bowl game was they couldn't let Hawaii lose to Michigan State.
