With practices closed and the almost complete lack of information about what's going on in camp, I am dying to see the 2015 Zips on the field. Who are you most curious to see this year?

Before last Sunday, I would have voted for Jamal Marcus but after seeing Rodney Coe in the flesh, I want to see this guy wreak havoc.

The most entertaining player will probably be The Hit Man (again) but he is a known quantity and we all fully expect him to be a Holy Terror in his Senior year.

What say you?

Chapman will have most to do with the success or failure of our season. After seeing him run the vanilla offense in the spring game, I'm dying to see him run our real offense. Not that I won't enjoy it, but I have a good idea of what the other side of the ball will look like.

Looking forward to seeing the the new faces. Another to add to the list is Lane at WR. If I have to vote I'll go with Chapman. He has the chance to be the most dynamic player we've had on offense in a long time. Could be the difference between 6 wins and 8/9. Haven't been this excited for a season to start in a long time.

Nobody loves being on that field or being a Zip more than Cody Grice. Absolutely my favorite player to watch. We might know what we get out of him more than the others but what we get out of him is always 100% effort. Want to see if we see him carry the ball again this year.

There is a lot to look forward to: a slimmer, more agile Conner Hundley, possibly Chapman at QB, Jerome Lane and if he can be the big play guy that we need, How good is Donnell Alexander? How much of a beast is Darryl Monroe? Can Rodney Coe live up to his talk? Is what we saw from Brock Boxen at the spring game just the beginning of a fierce career as a Zip? What does the OL look like and can we run the ball consistently?

Entertaining thread. I like everyone's answers. Can I answer twice? If the answer is yes, today I'll go with a group (Zips instead of Zip). The offensive group. I can't wait to see our new offense and how it preforms, and who flourishes in it.

If the answer is no, see below.

Call me old school but I appreciate the "scrappy-pound you into submission-running attack" of Connor Hundley. He may never break an 80 yarder for you but he consistently pounds the ball. Mix that up with some of the new offensive scheming we will see with Trayvon Chapman and I think we will see way over 1000 yards on the ground this year.

Today my answer is Jerome peaked by a GT article in the BJ that Blue & Gold posted in the Camp 2015 thread.

The proving ground will come in Norman, Okla., for newly minted wide receiver Jerome Lane (Firestone). Lane apparently has made a significant and successful move from a rover back on defense to wide receiver on offense. During the preseason camp, wide receivers coach Jeff Bowden said they thought Lane could add explosiveness to the offense. Given his No. 1 spot at one of the wide receiver positions, the offensive staff must have seen something they liked.

I am pretty excited to watch him too. I am also excited to see what they do with Newman Williams.
