The Zips played hard, with great intensity, and they kept their heads focused throughout the game.  They went toe to toe with an excellent Buffalo team.  The Zips should take away from this game the fact that they can beat anyone in the league on a given night and take that degree of intensity and fight into the tournament.  Riak played his best game by far last night and that helped our offense immensely.  In the end, Buffalo was just too physical for us on the inside and outside.  It was a fun game to watch.

I actually think a Kwan Cheatham type player is what this team is missing. We desperately need a big that can space the floor to open up the lanes for Cheese, Ivey, and Banks. He'd also help fix our rebounding woes.

Edit: I'm hoping we get that out of Williams next year. It's a big reason for my optimism next season.

The fact that we are getting so pissed at losses and are expecting wins tells me that we believe in the team.

The effort they give each game tells me this team believes in themselves

I'm excited for Cleveland.

Agree on the effort but it worries me that the late game failures may start getting into their heads.
