Let'sGoZips94
Video review of a potential 2nd goal for Akron. Princeton saved it on the line somehow. Unbelievable. Edit: Ruled no goal. Incredible high foot save by the Princeton defender. Edited November 22 by Let'sGoZips94

Let'sGoZips94
2 great saves by the Princeton goalie. Without looking at the stats, I think it's a 22-1 shot advantage by Akron, with 9 SOG. Princeton's goalie is a sophomore. Wow. Edited November 22 by Let'sGoZips94

MDZip
Game should not have been that close, but a win is a win, especially in the NCAA tournament. Haven't been able to say that for 5 years. Survive and advance. 5
UAZipster0305
This game proves we were deserving of the at-large bid AND the home game.
TennZip
Zips really played good soccer tonight. Very proud of them for winning an NCAA tournament game. Soccer is such a hard game. If this were a football game, it would have felt like a game that was 31-0. But the game is soccer....The zips and their fans will take a 1-0 win to advance to the 2nd round. The zips really dominated on shots and shots on goal. Zips just missed scoring 2 goals in the first 5 minutes. I thought that this was Ashton Kamdem's best game ever as a zip. He was absolutely fantastic. I do not know that if they measure interceptions. Ashton stepped in and corralled the ball numberous times to start the zips on a good break. I thought that Wan Kuzri Wan Kamal was aggressive tonight and helped keep the zips on the offensive. I was really glad to see Malik fire off a hard shot around 70 or 75 minutes. Malik might have been a little too much unselfish in the first half. Malik's speed and skill generated some great opportunities early in the first half. Zips are going to need Malik to score a goal or two to go deep in the tournament. Congratulations to the coaches and all of the players. Zips Nation is very proud of the Soccer Zips.

Let'sGoZips94
Alternate angle on the goal. With how good Princeton's goalie was tonight, this is the type of location that was needed to get a goal. He nailed it.
zippy-claws
My take on tonite is that the coaching staff did a marvelous job in game prep and game plan. Most I’ve seen the fullbacks push up all season. Kamden and Josh were a presence offensively. And Wan Kuzri and Matt Dreas haven’t been this aggressive all season. I believe Jared knew they’d be keying on Emil, so he changed the look and style. They seemed more direct and centered rather than wide and crossy (is that a word? 🤪).
WeRise225
Best student section all year tonight, still pretty far off from what it was even two years ago but it was such a nice sight to see. Some young life running the rowdies now apparently, looking forward to see how next year goes student wise.

TennZip
Normally, they post a separate video for the coach of the other team I just watched a video that was 16 minutes and 35 has Jared, Mitch and Victor at the start then has about 4 minutes of black screen Princeton coach and GK come on around 10:45 or 10:50 Princeton coach is very complimentary.... said that Akron is the best team that Princeton has faced this year Princeton has played #4 overall seed...Georgetown....and #6 overall seed Penn looks like youtube has taken down the video.... I will keep looking to see if Youtube posts a separate video Edited November 22 by TennZip
