There is definitely a market for a mid size music venue in Akron imo. There's a level of musician that doesn't come to Akron but hits up places like Kemba Live in Columbus and Stage AE in Pittsburgh and drives right through Akron. We need a big man. Easier said than done, they are expensive portal pieces. Sure we rebound well in the MAC, but if we want to make some real noise, we struggle with P5 and similar big men - see Purdue and Arizona and St Mary's last year

I think this is great. I hope they go undefeated and we take them out for 2 bids. I hope they keep Steele and we keep progressing, and UMass joins that tier with Kent, Toledo and OU right behind. The wheels are in place for a very good mid major conference with multiple bids, if the schools invest and keep these coaches..
