  1. Past hour
  2. An overall respectable performance. It could always be better, but it was more of a game than I expected. Plenty of mistakes, but it's getting better. Joe's frustration and calling his team's performance out as "pissing it away" was encouraging too. If the team had only been playing this way versus Wyoming and UAB, but alas...
  3. Number of unique posters (not including me since measuring something changes that thing) that actually posted during the game - 10. Excitement has never been lower.
  4. Did Joe just let 15 seconds run off before calling the time out? It just keeps getting better...
  5. Nope, but he's the one that's recruiting and coaching them. So it's on him.
  6. the coach is NOT the one dropping passes off his hands or his chest. the coach is NOT the one making false start after false start, the coach is NOT the throwing the bal into the dirt.. sometimes the players have to be held accountable also
  7. That was a good drive. But it just makes everything that much more infuriating... "if this is what they can do, why do they only do it once or twice a month?"
  8. Again...maybe we can't afford to fire Moorhead. But we can't afford to keep him.
  9. Finley completed his first six passes. Then all of 9 of the next 25. 🤕
  10. We do now. Not sure we did. I looked at the stats. We had one. And now maybe there isn't one here on review.
  11. Today
  12. the offensive guru was a genius last week, this week he gets the blame for the interception at the goal line and the missed field goal and the stupid penalties? akron should have been winning before it ever got to 10-0. life as a college coach. hero to villain instantly
  13. 24 days until Zips basketball.
  14. I mean, 3-0 was already insurmountable for the Akron offense, but 10-0 (though I think they're going to put him down at the one-foot-line) is doubly so.
  15. The four false starts were easily as harmful as anything else that contributed to the halftime goose egg. On another note (see what I did there), whoever was responsible for announcing the band's last halftime song today hasn't a clue. For those not here, the band played three rock classics, starting with Joan Jett's I Love Rock and Roll, then the Stones' Paint it Black, then they announced they were closing it out with the final song from The Who's rock opera Tommy, then proceeded to play Twisted Sister's We're Not Gonna Take It, a totally different song never played by the band - SMH
