1. I want to see an 8 win regular season. 2. Two, if not three, Bowl appearances with a minimum of one Bowl victory. 3. Consistency on offense throughout entire games. (Not just one drive here and there and then nothing for multiple possessions.) 4. Better Special Teams play.2 points

I'll predict we slowly move towards playing for more than only two quarters per game. The only win prediction that is possible at this point is we will win at least two games less each season than we should if our current unimaginative OC is retained (e.g., anyone with a football IQ higher than 80 would have targeted Booker at least three times more than he was this year)2 points

For any coaching vacancy for any of the sports I follow, I'd want the coach that has the best chance to succeed. It doesn't really matter to me if they have ties to Akron or not.1 point

Yes, you are right about that. I just threw in the extra title of Assoc HC along with OC which might bring the salary up for him. Also that would possibly allow for Getsy to be the future successor as HC.1 point

If the Akron connection entices people, and having much more coaching experience than Getsy is desired, I often wonder why we have never found a way to get Mike Johnson back here. He's certainly been available at many junctures throughout his career.1 point
