Here are a few images from today's practice. CK will have some notes in the next 24 hrs, then I'll add a few things that I observed. You will notice a few (three if you're observant) position changes in the photos. Keep in mind, the staff is trying things out early. Blue is offense, white is defense, quarterbacks are in gold now, and the red are injuries.2 points

Hosting Miami to see who will have the honor of being Buffalo's 1st victim. I'm so fed up with this season that I'm strongly just considering watching that game on TV. There are no excuses next season. Akron returns a senior heavy roster in what should be a down year for the MAC. If Groce puts up another 8-10 year, I'm done.1 point

I hadno problem not fouling on the inbounds. We would have gotten the ball with about 12 seconds left down 1 had we secured the rebound. That's plenty of time to get a good look on other end. We failed at fouling after they got the rebound.1 point

Jackson took 2 three ball bricks in the first minute. He has scored a couple of free throws but has not scored from the field. He continues to disappoint on the road. Maybe he will pick it up in the second half. It was nice seeing E man with a post up move even though it did not go in. Both teams are struggling with their shooting. This is a winnable game if we can make some shots.1 point

At least at the JAR the people in bad seats can see through the glass. I don't know what the hell they were thinking when they designed the MACC Center. It must have been their Architecture School's fine work.1 point

Milwee has got to have incriminating photos of someone at Alabama in order to get this job. If he could analyze the game so well why were our teams never prepared? SMH.1 point

Nobody is beating Buffalo. The Zips aren't beating any of the top 4 teams away from the JAR. In my final analysis of the Zips having concluded the regular season, they are what there record says they are (cue the Dennis Green rant). In the simplest of terms, there's a reason they were 16-15. They are a middle of the road average MAC team. I don't expect any more of a run from them than I expect of CMU or NIU.0 points
