Seeing some of the clips posted over the last couple weeks of MAC tourney games made me miss those days. Hopefully they're back for a while now. Knowing we were playing every Saturday at the Q was the best

The first place Zips didn't merit a photographer or a quote from Groce in the ABJ coverage. However, the women's team got the full treatment.

And Freshman Jordan Seaman #12 acquitted himself well, starting at RB. He had a few questionable plays, but he also made a few brilliant plays. He seems a Defender with a mind for offense, rather than an Midfielder repurposed to play along the back line. He will use either foot, which is huge in my book. Today’s performance makes me want to see more.

He said that he did not report to Detroit but instead decided to go to Cleveland as a free agent because he thought the local connection would be good. Did not work out. He was a contemporary of Randy Smith of Buffalo State, who we played against, and he had a great NBA career, setting the iron man record at one time.

Looks like Trey Diggs got the start against OU in place of an injured Caleb Fields. Not sure the extent of Fields' injury. Diggs looked good against OU. 22 points and high energy. Frye came off of the bench.
