The Tread A is the least popular logo of the RubberDucks by a long shot. Kinda my point was when you have something as unique as the RubberDucks you gotta use the logo that is a rubberduck not a letter. Akron is the Zips, and we have a kangaroo mascot, both super unique things! Personally my favorite logo is the Z, I am not a huge fan of the A roo logo mostly because I think the kangaroo face is poorly done as I think it is hard to distinguish where the eyes are and what the nose is doing. I do like the idea of having a kangaroo logo. But if UA really wanted to make it a community thing, maybe we should try and use some of those community aspects in the logo instead of just a letter that can be made by using graph paper and a straight edge.

The RubberDucks actually do have an A logo believe it or not, and I bet you can guess the popularity of their 3 main logos

Well we have reached a lull in the Zips Athletic calendar. Just thought it could be fun to post in all 3 groups this thread. What is your favorite Zips game/moment that you watched and remember fondly With Football there unfortunately aren’t a ton of great moments that I have witnessed since being a freshman in 2018. But that away Wagon Wheel game in 2018 was awesome. First of all, we rode the Roo Express over to Kent, great experience there. Awful weather, windy and raining the whole time. The only close wagon wheel game I have witnessed with it going to overtime and having the game determined by “trouble with the snap” on the extra point in OT to give us the wheel win. Last win I saw in person for 3 years 😂

What is your favorite Zips game/moment that you watched and remember fondly For soccer I would have to go with the 2019 home game vs NIU. Down 2-0 with 10 minutes to go and we come all the way back with Will Jackson getting a miracle bounce to score the winner with 3 seconds left in regulation. The absolute worst season of Zips soccer I ever watched, but man they turned it around in MAC play

Seemed like the trap game of all trap games, scoring in the mid 50s. Xeyrius Williams knocks down a huge 3 to take the lead with less than 5 seconds to go. And Channel Banks has an absolute lockdown defensive 1 on 1 to deny EMU a shot at the buzzer. Special game with one of the greatest Zips teams ever

Watching the end of UD vs UNC where UD needs a missed free throw and tip in, reminds me no one is a better offensive rebounder on missed free throws than Mikal Dawson. Truly a master that I have never seen in any other player at any level
