Georgetown wins 5-1 over high point

Play all 90 minutes! Love it, zips rolling!

LETS GO

What happened to London? We could use some extra attack here

We will be going into October having played 1 road game. Really stupid no contest tonight

A win would be fantastic and really get us solidified into the top tier of teams early on in the season

What a great game last night! You could actually feel some energy in the stands which doesn’t happen all the time. Last night I was ready to say it was a fun 0-0 match and then we finally broke it open. Very impressed by Sam Bunch. Remi also had some really nice plays. For a striker, Remi impacts the game way more than most

Impressed by the general public’s adherence to the white out theme

Results on first day of classes (or sunday before classes) since I have started following the Zips 2026: 0-0 draw w/ army 2025: 1-0 W vs Northern Kentucky 2024: 0-2 L vs Ohio State 2023: 1-0 W vs Vermont 2018: 0-2 L vs NC State

I was at the start of the women’s game vs Oakland today. Team looked good when they actually tried to attack. But they did try to hold the ball and go backwards more than needed. Reece paget #10 had a rocket from outside the box hit the top corner of the post. No score when the game got suspended about 25 minutes in due to incoming weather. Really good timing by the officials to call it when they did, they gave everyone just enough time to get out of the stadium to their cars/shelter.

Imagine they actually don’t tell the winner until they are at the game to get people to actually show up. I think this is great and it will help the ticket sales team hit some big goals but I really hope we can get some people out to watch

That's a rough way to get eliminated. But what a season for softball! I remember a few years ago this team would be lucky to crack 10 wins in a season

Not great fielding in this 7th. Zips clinging to a 2 run lead with 0 out

It’s not like our later season home games are that well attended anyway

It seemed like how they do soccer. The unseeded team were mostly placed in geographically close locations

The “Akron Racers” will play LSU

Wow what a finish for the zips! That’s what happens when you leave the starter out there for 128 pitches I guess

Thursday night ford will be throwing out the first pitch at the RubberDucks Game

Portal has ruined the continuity of our great scholarship chart, sad day

This came off from a very direct question from Jim Clark, long time Akron radio broadcaster. "I was at the championship game against toledo, 12k fans and maybe 10k were akron fans. How do we get them to come out on a Tuesday night against Eastern Michigan". Its nice to hear the stuff we discuss about in here ad nauseam being brought up in public

that works thanks

"The hot water heater went out this morning, so I had my wife go down to the basement and fix it" love this guy

Someone needs to turn the mic up, computer is at max volume and can barely hear

what is the crowd looking like

I talked to bill skeeles last night, UA needs to find a way to get him to invest more. He started his own private equity firm recently, he is already an investor in the new RubberDucks ownership group. He is also a very funny guy to talk to, he might be the biggest Luigi’s hater I’ve ever met
