Was listening to the game in the airport then got on the plane and lost the audio signal so switched to gamecast and was willing the plane not to take off til the game was over. It's Atlanta so I shouldn't have worried. 😂

That was really good. My favorite parts are his shot blocks. My only objections - the subtitle of that song is "Good riddance". No one would ever feel that way.

Three of the Zips five losses are to teams (Ark. St., St. Mary's, Yale) that lead their conference and Milwaukee is in second. Even Princeton (where we got jobbed) is in third.

We have Northern, Eastern, Western and Central. I guess with the departure of NIU there's no sense in courting Southern Illinois.

Without football the MAC will terminate their membership. Football is one of the requirements to be a MAC member (along with men's and women's basketball and volleyball). Their other sports will not go to the Mountain West but will likely end up in a conference that doesn't sponsor football. So yes, probably our last road trip to DeKalb.

Only downside, Ohio scored 51 points in the second half. Of course the Zips did get 48.

And without Dambrot I do not believe we would ever have Groce. After many many years of bad Akron basketball feel very fortunate to have had both.
