Since Hardin has a yellow card and going down to nine would be really bad, you wonder why he doesn't get subbed out?

Good thing we have a one goal lead since we're now going to be playing with 10 players for an hour.

If this pace holds up, the final score is going to be 18-12.

I wonder why this is on ESPN+ since it is a Big East game. Shouldn't it be on terrible Flo Sports?

Disappointing loss - but definitely an improvement over last year. Olivia Heskett quickly becoming my favorite player.

Shoot - played way too much in the Zips defensive third - just couldn't get anything going offensively - and eventually paid for it. Terrible turnover deep by the goal which was almost a goal except for Bowers terrific save. But it gave them a corner kick which they converted.

Sara Bower doing a nice job in goal - Zips have two solid goalkeepers in Bower and Penelope Cuirinier. Also of note they Zips have only one senior on the pitch at this moment. Future looks good.

Solid first half for the Zips. Defense has looked pretty good, offense needs to step up. They are playing a good Buffalo team lock-step.

They've got an excellent start and their defense is solid. But the MAC is a pretty good soccer conference. But I've also been impressed with their tenacity. So I'm going finishing 7th or 8th so that they at least make the tournament.

A little unfair - Garrison Smith hit both a 48 and a 49 yarder against OSU.

If you listen to Moorehead's post game, he did address two of those things. Number one. He said he didn't run as much because Colgate was stacking the box and he said it doesn't make a lot of sense to run at a defense where you have less blockers than they have defenders on the run. As far as the lack of discipline on the penalties, he was upset about it too and said he has not done as good a job as he should coaching to make sure that those kinds of things do not occur.

There was a similar call in I think the Colorado game. But four players were standing around the ball and they called all four of them for personal fouls. Pretty ridiculous. I understand if you cake the ball away or kick it in the stands or something like that but just spinning it right where it can be picked up. Seems excessive as a penalty. Time to change the rule. 😊

Finley threw for 352 yards and 4 TDs.

FCS. It's such a stupid set of terms. And now with the FBS having a 12 team championship they could effectively be called FCS as well.

And there was some dancing in that end zone. Refs must have missed it.
