    Wow in both polls the Sunbelt has three of the top four. Only SMU and Akron intervene in the two polls. In the coaches poll they occupy the top three spots with Akron 4th.

    No more huge plays after the defense has put themselves an excellent position to get off the field. You know like no more third and 25s and touchdowns get scored on those plays.

    According to the stats, the Zips have 17 shots with eight on goal and of course eight saves for Notre Dame. But it also has listed that Notre Dame has no shots? Not quite sure I believe that.

    Absolutely was not the kicker's fault. He had to take a stutter step because of the terrible snap. Surprised he got it as far as he did.

    Love we moved to the Big East. Hate that it cost us ESPN+.

    24 points - 14 scored directly by the defense, three effectively scored by special teams. So the offense generated 7 points in the entire game.

    Of course looking for the worst possible scenario, I was expecting that Teray Jones was going to get called for taking his helmet off while still on the field after he got his big sack on fourth down. It got called in the Colorado game earlier today, and I could just see some ending miracle on a call like that. I've been watching Zips games too long (sigh).

    Bryan McCoy - 14 tackles and a game winning TD. I have my vote for player of the game.

    Nice to get the win but it doesn't exactly inspire confidence for the rest of the season. You don't often win when you turn the ball over four times. Now I know how CMU felt last year.

    That was a fantastic throw by Morgan state's quarterback. Props to him. Also the third quarterback they have used.

    Not sure I understood the logic of bringing Bullock in on 3rd and 4?

    More things noticed on the telecast. Someone needs to explain to this young lady that even if she wants to fit in with her friends, that's not actually an Akron logo. 😊
