We won those games, didn't we? We found a way to win, didn't we? Quit being so caught up in how you think we should look and sit back and enjoy the ride. If the greatest golfer in the world hits one into the trees off the tee and then hits the next shot into the hole for an eagle 2, do you think we should focus on the bad tee shot or the great second shot? No matter which, it still goes on the scorecard as a 2. I prefer to look at the fact that in crunch time when it really matters, we took care of business.

I like to see what the other MAC teams fans think about the Zips, so I go look at their message boards. It's pretty much been the same thing over and over this season after the Zips knock them off. Threads are started just like this one, Akron could go undefeated in the MAC next year . I don't care how we do it, I just want to win.

I can't believe all the teeth gnashing and complaining about the fact that we are 9-1 and in sole possession of first place in the MAC. Seriously!

This team plays as hard as they need to win. It reminds me of Omar Visquel and how he would only make a strong enough throw to first base to get the runner out. He seemed to be able to sense just how fast the runner was and would adjust his throw accordingly. I know its not the ideal way of doing things, but this team plays hard enough to get the job done when it counts. So I'm just going to shut and enjoy the view!

A little birdie told me the last few practices have been pretty intense.

Its not like KD isn't trying to get these guys to play up to their potential .I've seen Dambrot throw Diggs out of the gym at practice because he was so mad at him. You can only scream at somebody for so long, because eventually they just tune you out. Diggs has crazy talent and sometimes you have to accept the baggage that comes along with it.

I think what he said is just what I would hope anyone who has a job feels about their job. I think he brings a lot to the table and UA should count their blessings that he chose to continue his career at UA. Why don't you just say that you don't like the fact the UA hired Tressel instead of all this dancing around the subject.

I've watched Pratt compete since he was in the 7th grade, mainly basketball because he didn't play football until his Jr year. At first I thought he might make it as a D-1 basketball player. That changed the minute I saw him play his first high school football game. It was looking like he was really a D-1 football player. He is very athletic and is not afraid to catch the ball over the middle and take some contact. He caught everything thrown to him and even though he got a lot of double coverage, he still managed to catch 39 passes for 800 yards and 8 touchdowns. I think the Zips got a good one.

Coach Bowden is such a breath of fresh air. If you remember the last coach tried to run off every player from the previous regime.

Needed more time for what? Its been clear for about 2 weeks that the Zips are the best team in the MAC.

Zeke will be back for his senior year. If you have ever met Gamechanger44, you will understand why.

The $250 for a Priority reserved includes the $100 donation to the Z-Fund. Even though they raised the price by $15, they are now giving you a $30 food voucher. The way I see it is that it is a net reduction of $15 per ticket. Seems like a good deal to me.
