I'm pretty sure Eubanks is paying his own way this year and taking a redshirt so he can practice with the team and still have 2 years of eligibility left. If you look closely in the video of Jimond Ivey that Keener posted you can see a locker with Eubanks name on it.

Isaiah Williams and Craig Eubanks have already committed for next year. Dunn-Martin makes 3.
