Here is a line from the Creighton webcast news release ..."Once registered, fans will only need to log-in with their password on gameday. The video stream, which will include an audio simulcast of the Big Sports 590 broadcast, begins 30 minutes before tipoff."Looks like the video stream includes Creighton radio broadcast audio.

Someone PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong but I just found this on Creighton's web site ...Video WebCast Available for Thursday's NIT GameNot sure I understand how Creighton is able to offer a WebCast of the game when Akron is not allowed to stream it's audio due to ESPN contract rights. Also don't know how well the video streams but it's probably worth a shot for $6.95. Seems like I spent that much driving around or sitting with the engine running to stay warm listening to last night's game on 1350AM (what a suckhole station).

I was talking to a Can't fan at the Q the other night and he told me that Christian is being considered by a school on the East Coast. The guy told me he thought it was pretty much guaranteed Christian was gone after this year. Rhode Island may be a match since he played for the Rams and graduated from there.

With Temple at home and Chaney retiring, I'd like to think that we won't have to also contend with A10 officials to boot. On second thought, maybe A10 officials don't care for Chaney after what he pulled last year against St. Joes. Anyway, any idea how the NIT determines which conference(s) the officials come from? Will we see MAC-only? A10-only? Mix of MAC/A10? Non-MAC/A10? For the ESPN BracketBuster games, the officials come from the road team's conference - all three officials in Reno were from the MAC for the UA/Nevada game. We'll see WAC officials in Akron next season if Nevada shows up.Just wondering ...

I'll be disappointed AGAIN if Can't doesn't roll all over the Pocket Rockets. VERY hard to root for Can't but I agree that they stand the best chance out of the MAC to do some damage in The Madness. GO C.... nope, can't bring myself to say it.......

I thought the Tole-dildo / Akron game got off to a great start when Rocket Boy rolled out onto the court and promptly fell on his face! Even my 7-year-old daughter knows a stupid mascot when she sees it.

Thank you KingZip. I've got SO many freakin' thoughts running through my mind right now. What a crappy performance last night. Toledo literally ran us out of the house. We had no answer in transition or for their drives to the basket. Outrebounded 33-25 by a smaller team?! Preston with 2?! Who wanted that game more? TOO many LONG offensive droughts this year in our losses. No go-to guy on offense or defense. I hope Can't thoroughly kicks Toledo's ass tonight to emphasis how piss-poor we were last night and to show how you get it done.

The Rockets were up by 21 at one point and had NIU by the carrots before doing their Jekyl and Hyde thing to turn it back into a game. The Rockets aren't very big but are athletic and seemed to shoot the ball well. We looked a lot better in the second half of our game and will need that kind of effort again tomorrow night to cool off a hot Rocket team. Should be a good one. Forget TV and get down to the Q to help make it a home game for Akron. You know Toledo will be bringing a bunch of fans. Go Zips!!!!!

Just got home a little while ago from the Western/Akron game and ordered 6 tickets for tomorrow night's game - WE'RE THERE! Time to tune in to the Buffalo Bulls audio over the web - beats Needle and the KNR guys.

Call me crazy but I want the path of least resistance to March Madness and if that means the Can't girlfriend stays home (see above), so be it! We'll see them twice again next year. The board has been very quiet today. I think everyone is just ready to get it on tomorrow at 2. Not much more that can be said until we see how things shake out tomorrow. Wish I could stay for the evening games but life happens. Oh yeah, just checked and is still true...
