I had WCT lectures at EJT back in the day. What I remember is the throng of students going there (or coming from) on the sidewalk right next to Buchtel Ave. with the traffic whizzing by. If you weren't careful you could have been nudged by the crowd off the sidewalk and into the path of a vehicle. Nowadays it's hard to believe there was once a major thoroughfare running right thru campus.

Wow, this has been a blessing in disguise for many of them who will have a more valuable diploma if they graduate.

I'm not on board with this one but they do some nice designs. I'd like to see them do some pro-Zips stuff.

"Finally some positive words from the ABJ. http://www.ohio.com/...budget-1.612626" And a cowardly swipe at that "mistake of a stadium", with no suggestion of what should have been done instead. Play in the Rubber Bowl forever? Build a Div. III stadium? Shutter the program? Let's hear it, editors.

You'd think these reporters would try to get some input from the trustees, who own every action by the university.

Please do.

I can't decide who's the most childish: the ad writer, Craigslist for getting whooshed, or cleveland.com/ohio.com for considering it newsworthy.

We lost by 3 at Ohio last year... I don't think there's much chance they'll blow us out in "That" stadium this year. My hunch is that both games will be fun for the newbies.

Plus the hall needs capital improvements that come with aging. While UA spent $2.3 million last summer on the most critical structural repairs, another $8 million to $10 million are needed, none of which has been scheduled, Dahl said. Anyone know if the additional $8-10M repairs were done? If not, I think the bell will be tolling for EJTPAH before long. 45 years is not a bad run.

Their names are listed in the pronunciation guide as well Only 5 players from PA and 29 from FL.

I never knew.... On November 24, 2014, it was announced that Tom Benson, the owner of the New Orleans Saints, would be donating $11 million to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, $10 million of which was to go into renovating Fawcett Stadium. In response to Benson's donation, the Hall of Fame announced that Fawcett Stadium would be renamed Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium once the renovations were completed.[2] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Benson_Hall_of_Fame_Stadium

Get on this list and try to compete for the #34 (Ball State) to #40 (Malone) range. I mean if they can do it......... They are on the cusp of P5 membership which would boost their revenue side considerably.

Did the struggling Zips program deserve a field house? New weight rooms? Practice fields? How do you improve the program with lousy facilities?
