The Zips haven't opened up a season with back-to-back losses since the 2002 season when they dropped games to North Carolina and Wake Forest on their way to a 10-8-2 campaign under then head coach Ken Lolla. +1. You'd think every college coach would have encountered this situation at some point. It's easy to understand how the mistake could be made: you want to receive to begin the 2nd half, so you know you're going to kick off to begin the first half. You win the opening toss so you choose to kick off...oops. Like you say, it needs to be drilled into the players to *defer* and the coaches should know that. -
I think I've found the solution: Schedule our games at the same time as Tosu, carry the Nuts game on the scoreboard during our game, and hand out Urban Meyer bobbleheads to the first 30K fans

ESPN3 is an online channel through espn.com. But you have to be a customer of one of a list of cable companies in order to access it. Google espn3 and you will find it. IIRC you need to create a login to watch.

Charlie Frye 2003 got honorable mention. Jason Taylor probably could have had an hon. mention season as well. I noticed the 2 conferences where they didn't bother with hon. mention were CUSA and Sun Belt.
