    We are bringing 6 to 8 on top of our normal group. I am hoping for a great crowd since it will be the first zips game for most of them.

    Speaking of the Jamel Turner, CJ Mizell and CJ James trifecta. Has anyone heard if they will be available? The ABJ stated last week that James should be good to go. I also heard Mizell was week to week about 2 weeks ago. I have no idea where Jamel Turner is????

    I agree with your assessment. He is really struggling with his reads and I think that is one reason why he is having accuracy issues. He typically throws the ball on target when he knows where he is going with it.

    As much as I love Tree, he isnt ready for the NBA. He still needs a lot of polishing on the offensive end before he thinks about making that jump. He needs 2 more years at UA.

    I definitely had my worries when we signed Evans. I thought it was a potential waste of a scholarship. However, this kid is turning into a really nice player. I cant wait to see how he develops over the next two years.

    I am obviously not the only one that thinks we will have completely wasted a scholarship on this kid if he does in fact have one. Has anyone been able to find out if that offer was, in fact, legit?

    Pretty depressing video for Akron fans. I cant recall ever hearing a Division I school mentioned several times in a story as "what are they?" or "maybe you havent heard of them". This reinforces even more that we have a long way to go as a program.

    We seem to thrive on the road in those "us against the world" situations. Playing in an empty home stadium in the rain just doesnt fill me with optimism. BSU by more than 10.

    I havent seen Mizell for a few weeks and McCray was a no-show yesterday. Anyone have any idea what is going on with those 2?

    Wow. I am glad you arent the guy making decisions about the football program. There isn't one coach on earth that would have Akron as a winner right now. This program was beyond a disaster. Terry took over a team with mid level D2 talent. Have a little patience. We have sucked long enough. It is time to be patient and to give Terry Bowden a chance.
