I don't recall the number of years this went back (3 maybe), but SDSU has won 94% of their games at home in that stretch. The announcers mentioned Gonzaga, Kansas, and another blue blood as the only other programs that with high of a home winning percentage in the same timeframe. Good luck to the Jackrabbits the rest of the season. They are talented and will make some noise this year in college basketball. Mayo and Easley are players.

Wow. Tavari drove to the top of the key, drew the defenders, and Scott with a very intelligent backdoor cut that Tavari found him on. Foul prevented an easy dunk, but that type of chemistry and ball movement is GREAT to see in the first game of the season, especially from our guards.

Much more confidence this year from Nate Johnson. It's a great sight to see. Hunter is more confident. Dawson is back and man was he missed. Freeman is Freeman. Junk yard dawg that just produces however he can. The skinniest, lankiest grown ass man I've ever seen. So much heart from him. Our guards have a lot of quality traits. They just need to settle into the offense more. There's confidence there, and that's the key. The Floor Generals cannot be timid.

Really solid basketball game for the first game of the year yet again. Shoutout to SDSU. Big fan of theirs when we aren't playing them. I like the way they play and shoot the ball. Thank you to them for scheduling Akron for a home & home. This has been a fun way to open the season these past 2 years.
