  1. I sure didn't. After the 2nd KSUcks game at the JAR I mentioned to my brother-in-law that the offense has been like pulling teeth and watching paint dry all season long and, I'll admit, I was getting a little aggravated w/ Groce & Co. But then Bryan Trimble was asked to take his "leave of absence" from the team and the rest is history. It's been amazing to watch. The offense is still deliberate, but that's what blows my mind - that's not typical Groce style. At all. But Groce has adapted his style to the number of rotation players he has, and has done so at an extremely high level.
  2. I had forgotten Miami exists.
  3. So many observations and comments, but I'll add yet another one here. On rewatching the game (for the 3rd time πŸ˜‚) I'm impressed by how we absolutely did not get punked by KSUcks this time around. I really noticed we were the ones making KSUcks yield to us on two separate occasions in the first half. At 17:26 of the first half X got locked up with a KSUcks big on a jump ball, yanked the ball away from KSUck's big & stared at him. KSUck's big diverted his gaze. Then at 2:39 of the 1st half, Tribble got locked up on a held ball with KSUck's Garcia (who's one big dude) but didn't let go of the ball (Tribble's stacked himself) and stared right at Garcia & Garcia diverted his gaze.
  4. πŸ’―πŸ’―
  5. Script AKRON -v- script UCLA 🧐
  6. Right? A month ago we all thought he'd be transferring out. Lol
  7. Thank you! (All out of Likes.)
  8. Too much to say, all out of Likes, and still kinda tired as I rewatched the game after getting home from Cleveland last night. So proud of this team. This has become one of my favorite videos: Groce & Co. coached their tails off all year, continually adapting their style to the puzzle pieces which they had. They coached circles around KSUcks staff last night. Circles. John Groce >>>>>>>>>>> Pinky. X outclassed and outplayed Carry all night. The Zips exposed Carry's inability to sufficiently handle the double-team. He was pressing and the Zippers made him look just awful last night. It was beautiful. Such an impressive, dominating win.
  9. That was awesome. Reacted to Kent like they were Point Park, or South Carolina-Upstate 🀣
  10. That was X and he tweaked a knee, or groin, or hammy, or something about 5-10 minutes earlier going for a ball on Kent's baseline. He fought through it the rest of the game and I think he was just letting his guard down, being a little melodramatic & nursing that (minor🀞) injury. EDIT: As I rewatch the above video, it looks like he may have simply had a charlie horse in the calf.
  11. I hope they do. I had no problem with that. It's subjective, I know. But this is literally one of the most bitter rivalries in the nation and I generally have no problem when students act like it. In my opinion that video did certainly cross the line. Singletary punching Linhart crossed the line. But I love 99% of this stuff. Part of why I love this stuff is because time and time again, we're the good guys & KSUcks are the low class goons. I'm sure I wouldn't like it as much if we were the degenerates.
  12. Agreed. I wish none of the KSUcks players were suspended for tonight. I don't want any excuses when we beat them. And as someone mentioned previously, Jacobs is gonna be fresh & raring to go in the 2nd half. We're not a fast starting team anyway; this could actually work to KSUcks advantage.
