No. We need a new arena. And desperately. An older gentleman tripped while trying to step off our breakneck bleachers last night. He braced himself on a lady in a wheelchair on the running track and almost knocked her over. One of my friends I sometimes take to games who isn’t aware of this ongoing conversation said, “Every time I’m here someone almost falls.” Desperately. Caveat: If Groce doesn’t improve the quality of basketball on the court… it’s not fun. Only true diehards are at these difficult-to-watch, often boring games. Good, fun basketball > new arena

Been a lot of drama this year. Freeman seems like a very drama-free, level-headed dude. Hope he doesn't tire of this.

Disappointed this schedule doesn't have more to do with the Spring League. We only play each team from our North Division once and don't play any teams at all from the South Division unless we make the Spring League Championship match. I.e., we're not really creating any sense of rivalry with the teams in the Spring League.

Freeman and Carry on the floor together would have been unstoppable

Groce has been coaching his butt off this season. But... it's his fault he's had to coach so hard this season because of some lackluster recruiting over the past few years. The best teams don't require a ton of coaching. Busts who transferred down: Tre Edwards Jermaine Marshall Taylor Currie Quite flawed players on current roster: Tribble - can't shoot a lick Clarke - can't shoot a lick Trimble - usually can't shoot a lick Wynn - apparently a head case? Idk. And the thing I can't keep from grinding my gears is that our best player wasn't even recruited. Have mercy, what would this team be right now without Freeman? Is Freeman saving Groce's job? Groce & Co. have to do a better job of recruiting. Hopefully this next class of G's can right the ship.
