    (Barring an extra year for an injury in a particular sport) Your five year time clock for ALL sports starts the first year you play (or are on the team roster of) any varsity sport.

    Given our performance in recent years I would characterize the 2012 schedule as challenging. The only criticism I have is that I think the Toledo game should be considered a conference contest.

    Speaking of football, if iCoach was still here I'll bet he would have convinced this kid to stay and play cornerback for us.

    Soccer is also good for WVU. Many members of the faculty and students attend games just to look and the strange things on the players feet which prevent them from seeing the players toes. A related observation: What do you have if all 45 members of the Mountaineers soccer fan club are in a room? page down........ A full set of teeth.

    "Beasley’s relationship with Bowden goes back to their college days when they both played for West Virginia University. Bowden was a senior at the time and Beasley a freshman and served as a mentor." This is highly unusual. Normally, the senior would be the mentor.
