Ali needs to think about shooting once in a while. He seems to have little confidence and immediately looks to pass. He passed up one really good look last night that I remember. Tribble looked more confident last night than I've seen him this year. I wonder if some of these guys get a little intimidated and afraid to shoot when they're on the floor with Cheese, LCJ, X and Banks.. Tribble has the skill if he starts to take charge a little more imo. Dawson is getting there as well.

He made a couple very nice moves under the basket against EMU. I think he's starting to catch up to game speed and am excited to see what he has to offer down the stretch. Big dude, built like a middle linebacker

I've said it before but this team goes with its defense. Hopefully they watched a ton of film over this break and figured some things out. When we're getting stops and getting into transition quickly, we're very hard to beat.

Eric Musselman of the Warriors, err Kings, err Nevada, err Arkansas had a quote about the NBA season being 82 vs NCAA having 35 or so and how he doesn't worry about guys playing 35 minutes a night because it's a short season and these are 20 year old kids. I agree, and don't see these guys wearing down as the season goes.. However I do worry about 3 games in 3 nights with such short of a bench. Fingers crossed. That was just a game 20 attempt at humor. I don't know how I feel about this one. Hoping the intensity of a rivalry game gets their butts in gear. I sense we got a little overconfident.
