Zipnetter, I thought I had posted a few days ago on one of your comments about not getting 4-5 conference wins this year and that was IF we shot the 3 ball well. I am more with 1981, and see some promise in this team. Could we get to 20 wins maybe, maybe not but I do think we will have more than 5 conference wins. I challenge you to the "WMU football bet" that others on here made. If the Zips have 5 or less conference wins I contribute to the Zfund, if they have 6 or more you contribute. Let me know if you accept this challenge and for how much?

The JUCO walkon is Lucas SMith, however his # per the stats is 25 not 13 (there is no 13). But for practice jerseys, maybe either he or Hester were wearing 13. My guess would be that it was Smith as I am sure Z.I.P. probably talked to coaches there were they mentioned the story about seeing him at the rec.

I found the promotions people to see if they still needed a pizza fire contestant but they already had one. I thought this was my chance with only several hundred butts in seats.

Although I didn't submit here, I am doing a bracket with a guy from work and got 13 right. I missed victories for Colgate, San Francisco, and Albany. The Albany hurts as I had Maryland winning 3 games.

I actually thought attendance was better than what I would have predicted for a Tuesday. My section seemed to have a good number of people (not like a Saturday) but good considering it weekday/school night.

I was calling for us to do an onside kick one time. Then we actually kicked it to the goal line and the guy ended up fumbling it. Glad they didn't listen to me!

On Facebook there was an event created that says Sunday's game will be played at 1. Not sure if that could still change but I would use that for planning purposes at the moment.
