I just called BW3s, they open at 11 am tomorrow.

In two seasons they took on 14 million and got rid of 14 million.So it is pretty much a wash financially, other than opening up roster spots to take on more.

You'll have no problem parking on a Saturday morning, there is a parking deck pretty close to the JAR. Plus I don't think the local paper even printed anything today about the game. By the time people get up tomorrow and read the paper, the game will have started!?!Finding a place to "pre-game" early on a Saturday morning is going to be tough. I agree that you can use stats to prove both points, but I know one thing, when I watch the defense it irritates me the way they play. I see way to manyRBs get through the line and then get hit by a secondary man that gets drug for another 4 or 5 yards. I see an apposing QB who has plenty of time to checkdown to his third receiver with no pressure. I see receivers running free in our secondary. Stats aside, what I see when I watch our defense upsets me.I hope they turn it around this year, and I will be the first one to post if they do,but I have really have had it with this scheme. I know this works both ways, but if we can improve our defense, it automatically improves your chances on offense.

It has always seemed odd to me that the reason we run the 3-3-5 is "it is hard to recruit defensive lineman"I still don't buy that. How can Appalachian State recruit DLs but we can't? I see NO advantage to this defense.Are we going to change our scheme if we can recruit better?

He did get his chance, but didn't lose the game, playing 1 minute intervals, how does anyone get a rhythm going?He is too SLOOOOOWWW for MAC basketball. He should never see the floor until the game is decided. That was obvious last night for those of you thinking otherwise. Any minutes he takes away from others is a shame.

I think he is considering his future and trying to make a proper decision to better his chances to play at another level.Pretty smart, and a tough decision for a young kid if you ask me. I wish him luck, and look forward to seeing it live. Watching Dwight dominate that position was awesome. If we could get a shut down DB, it should make our crazy defense better.I realize it would make any defense better, but in our crazy scheme, we need more help than most.
