That's not anywhere near a calling out. Listen these players watched the film on accountability Monday or something like that whatever Coach I said he called Mondays. See ball catch ball,see runner tackle runner. This game is a gutcheck and they need to have a sense of urgency going into the MAC schedule. We can all complain because that's what we do but until they can make routine plays,catches,tackles on a consistent basis we are in for a long year.

My wife and I want to go but our travel agent said that all the hotels are sold out in Bloomington and could get us a hotel around Indy but after a long ride Saturday then the game and then a couple more hour drive after ugh. Maybe the Big Ten Network might work this week. Come on Zips COMPETE!

You know what kills me about the opinons from from the all knowing fan base. Nicely I think is a teenager and is in a new offensive scheme with new coaches. I think Locker from Washigton and a Heisman canidate went 4 for 20 this week. We played a SEC oppponent who I think plays Florida next weeek. We have a QB that was picked by Sporting News to be an All MAC QB this season and everybody is ready to hang him come on people. I think the offensive line is dinged up and the dropped passes are a repetitive weekly occurance. You need to have confidence that your recievers will not only run the correct route but also catch the ball. Zipsnation needs to understand that this is a team process. Believe you and me that any team in this conference would love to have our QB. The defense played very well but ran out of gas . Just imagine if La France catches the TD and we go up 10-3. Talk about MO. But that did not happen. Hopefully we show up and rock the Hoosiers. They can be beat. And that is just what the Doctor ordered.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the majority of Zips fans are very silent until something good happens. We need to have a home field advantage, let's get loud.

You have got to be kidding me! The defense did not show up after playing well against Syracuse. The special teams are an embarrasement. The offense played well enough to come away with a win. The coaching staff should be embarassed for not having this team ready to take on a formidable oppponent. I don't think that Coach I has any sense of urgency since he has a pass this year. When asked if this is a must win his response is it's a must improve. REALLY! I'm sure there are players on this team that wish they were elsewhere. Let's see Nicely was sacked officially three times and last week three times at this rate we are looking at thirty six at the end of the season and that's not counting how many times he gets busted in the mouth and creamed running out of bounds. I don't think he signed up for that abuse. This team needs to check itself and to a gutcheck right now or just throw the towel in.

Here's my take on the game. the defense did a very good job and need to build on the success they had rushing the QB. The D-backs are suspect and need to address getting beat deep. The special teams still seem to be an issue that can kill us, the offense is a work in progress but will not be able to go forward without a solid line that can give Nicely time to develop the new offensive scheme. If we can't protect the QB we are in a world of hurt.

]I think we'll still see Rodgers in wildcat packages. He may have been the best rusher on the team last season. I haven't looked closely at his rushing stats, but I believe he rushed for 80 yards in the first half alone in that Ohio game, before getting knocked out just before halftime. I hope we see him as well. He might never be a great QB, but he is a playmaker. HaHaHaHaHa!
