Honestly I think if VCU starting tossing full court shots they'd make them all. Over 60% in the first half? Give me a break.

Down 17 is decent shape? I'd hate to see a team in bad shape VCU is shooting lights out and even when they miss the rebound goes right to them. Sometimes it's just not our night.

We'll need to make a run in the 2nd half to have a chance. These VCU players are getting under my skin. You're up 15 points stop complaining.

OU fans on twitter were wondering why they didn't get an at-large this year. As far as Zeke's guarantee? So what. 99% of the country, including me, has guaranteed VCU a win. Don't give me the VCU "motivation" garbage. Ask any of the Rams if they expect to win and they will all say yes. Not a single athlete in the entire tournament is making the trip to lose.

We really haven't seen Zeke and Pat on the floor at the same time much either. I'm sure it's done that way to prevent them from getting in foul trouble. But if the key to hanging with VCU is getting the ball inside, wouldn't it make sense to have them both down low with Tree?

I've always preferred teams all wear matching socks/shoes in school colors. But, surprisingly it doesn't bother me to see some crazy stuff worn by the Zips. Let them have fun and I'm glad to see fans sporting crazy socks on gameday. Hopefully the NCAA doesn't penalize any of our players for their socks. I know they have a long list of uniform rules and seem to like to crack down on stupid violations.

Well the excuse is that OhioU had a bad night on Saturday. They "couldn't hit anything" and went cold. Strange, since that's the same thing that happened the last two times they played the Zips. Very unfortunate this season they seem to go cold every time they play the Zips. Akron definitely had nothing to do with it.

8 teams play in Auburn Hills. Each school deserves at least 2500 tickets, meaning Akron got cheated big time. I sure as **** guarantee Michigan is going to have more than 500 tickets. I won't be making the trip but I can't help but feel like the Zips just can't catch a break. Drawing VCU was cruel enough, then teasing us by putting the game in Detroit with no tickets.

Someone just called Baskin & Phelps, on TheFan in Cleveland. Now this might be hard to believe, but he actually said Can't State should have gotten an at-large bid. Wow I thought it was bad OhioU fans wanted an at-large.

I think the location and drive is just about perfect for Zips fans. Maybe it's too late in the evening, but I think regardless fans would have to take a day off work. We definitely have the location advantage for once, but I still say VCU is way too tough.

Lundquist/Raftery/Nichols carrying the game on CBS. Solid placement if you ask me. Nichols isn't as annoying anymore since she isn't talking about the Miami Heat 99% of the time.

They crushed Butler and I'd say they are a big team, size wise. We will have to shoot lights out from 3pt land to have a shot.
