I'm not sure if it is true, but I saw where I believe Jerry West said that he has been an underdog in every single finals he has played in. -
Same applies in my profession. UA is as well respected (if not more) in my office as any other regional university as well as OSU, Miami, and Dayton. All of the biggest firms recruit at UA.

This is true. Expect more cuts (staff) along with a sizeable drop in enrollment, though it won't be as bad due to the recent developments. A positive is that these will both most likely be happening under an interim President, so when a permanent one is appointed, some of the necessary PR hit will be avoided.

Seems like a great choice, however it doesn't appear she has a real doctorate so I'm not sure how the nerds that make up the faculty senate would ever approve .

Such a blunder. Have to love academia. The same nerds who fought so hard to not have Tressel be President are now fighting to get rid of his alternative. Reading those old threads probably makes for some cheap entertainment. -

That BWWs is the shittiest looking one I have ever been to/saw. I know for a fact that employees used to sell drugs in the place while on the clock, in BWW sauce cups, nonetheless.

Agree or disagree with it, to me, ditching the Poly Tech campaign approx. a year into it is even dumber than the campaign to begin with. All those wasted advertising $ with an already cash-strapped University isn't a good look. I probably would have went to the grave pushing it if I were him.

Even with the Louisville add, the schedule looks pretty much the same to me as last year strength wise. Remember we had Nova, Iona, Arkansas, and Green Bay. I did think last year's was a step up, though not really where is needed to be. Similar thoughts thus far for this schedule.

I figured Darryl Monroe and/or Grice would get a camp invite. Maybe the position change for Grice did him in. the FB position is basically dead. Another guy I am surprised with is Jovon Johnson from OU not getting anything.
