I would think Ali coming back doesn't have much to do with him staying in the draft. He'll either be projected to get drafted and stay in it, or go back to college. If he withdraws, Ali coming back has to help with ensuring he stays here.

Thanks for sharing. I saw a post from Pollard entering, but didn’t pay much attention as I believe he was a walk on. Bauer has been injured or not played his entire career. I heard his name called for a tackle during the spring game, then saw him immediately getting checked out on the sideline for an injury. Outside of Darrien Lewis, our luck with Akron HS prospects has not been good for a while now.

I believe today is the last to enter the transfer portal for this window. Should hear of the remaining players leaving the team today or the next few days.

Straight spitballing here, but I'd guess about maybe 2k in the lower bowl (maybe like 1/4 full). No idea what upper section/club looked like.

Castle probably will be the PK unless they bring someone in. Wasn’t impressed by eithers leg strength. A lot of guys not dressed and a few I didn’t even see on the sideline (Darnell and Landers were two I didn’t see). Wasel looked like a true freshman in school a semester early. Jennings was kind of intriguing. Myles Walker probably had the best game. He’s small but loved his HS tape. Good to see him coming along. off the top of my head, players not dressed on the sideline included: Adams, Irons, Jankowski, Robarge, Richardson, Ant Williams, Nate Thompson, Clyde Price, Joey Hunter.

Good question. Do you want to win this year or going for the future? Future would be Aziz. This year Ali. We already know Aziz and Enrique aren't really capable of playing on the floor at the same time. I have trouble seeing Aziz eligible this year anyways.

Saw some rumblings of Whigan getting some interest. Those would be the two who have a chance. Two more than we ever had in the Arth years

And not too many positions where the gain of one player would increase the room by 20%.

I think only 1 year of eligibility, but pretty good get here. Part time starter for Arizona in 2021 (while being their leading rusher). Ran for nearly 1k yards prior to that at Northwestern. Meadowbrook actually has (had?) a OL in the NFL with the Eagles who was first team all Big 12 at Oklahoma State. However, he was indicted on rape right before the Super Bowl.

Unsure what to expect of him. I think he was a walk on there.

Who are you hoping for?

For whatever reason, I just have trouble getting excited for these Juco guys. Just low expectations and being that its the 3rd Juco DE, just seems like we're just hoping we hit on one.

He really wants to come here? Do you know something us peasants don't? Off the fly, I would think he would be a grad transfer at this point, so am assuming immediate eligibility. Side note, I saw Robby Pridgen liked a tweet about wanting Ali to come back on twitter. There might be some real smoke here..

No clue what will happen with Ali. He made his decision to leave Akron so its on him, but its unfortunate it didn't work out for him at a bigger school. Transferring up isn't always the best move, as evidenced here and for many other players.

Was Bass in the portal previously?
