Nobody in the MAC is beating OU tonight the way they are shooting, but it sure would be nice to get offensive contributions from literally anyone outside of X and Freeman.

None that we know of, though probably some that have given up football we aren’t of and I’m sure more will transfer at the conclusion of spring ball after they realize they aren’t going to play.

Great win. Feels like we were pretty cold in the 2nd half and all of Kent States fouls kind of gave it to us, but I’ll take it! Tonight’s unsung here - Garvin Clarke. Though not a lot of scoring, made a lot of good hustle plays.

I didn't know Brank was in the portal either. Bummer there, but we have a lot of capable guys at TE. Outside of small toss ups here and there (like Jones and Thomas at DT),I think you are spot on @catdaddyp. I think we are in agreement on wanting another DE to challenge starting spot or least add depth (a true freshman and tweener listed in the top 2 isn't ideal IMO), another OL to challenge the guys on the interior, and another CB for good measure.

Fair points. I usually overlook the specialists as my understanding is whoever wins the jobs are the ones who get the scholarships. Unsure who they'd be at this point.

I have us at 88 going into fall right now. Not super important as all the new signees aren't yet on campus, but there are also probably players who entered the TP/moved on from football we aren't aware of, and I'd be shocked if more players don't enter after spring ball, opening up additional scholarships.
