The Akron Soccer SID used to do this but I have not seen the list in awhile.. I think Adam Najem played for Edmonton this year in the Canadian pro league. Is Danilo Radjen still playing somewhere in Eastern Europe? Hopefully, Ben Lundt will be able to find a home this year in USL.

Congratulations to Richie Laryea. Richie has always wanted to play in Europe Richie turned a 4 year deal to remain with Toronto FC (deal would have more than tripled his 2021 salary). the 4 recruits...right now....are two forwards...and 2 defenders I think that we can all agree.......that the zips need to add some midfielders as well........ great vision , excellent passing, wonderful ball possession, ball winning skills.....speed...... that is not too much to ask ???? the 2015 midfield....of Laryea, Najem and Souto.....comes to mind .......Can Santa Claus bring the zips...a 2022 midfield.....comparable to Richie, Victor and Adam? come on Santa Claus, I don't ask you for much !!!!

Actually, top drawer soccer....dropped Levi from 85 to 92 in the latest rankings so, they actually think that there are 91 better players. 25 of their top 34 have already gone pro....#3 on their list is Cade Cowell...and #4 is Paxten Aaronsen of the Philadelphia Union...#6 on their list is Evan Rotundo of Schalke. those 3 are pretty darn good.....Hopefully, Levi will prove top drawer soccer wrong and make their all freshman team next year a bright spot....about Levi at 92....is one of the folks rated ahead of him.....is a zip recruit..... I can never root for an ACC team. They always get the best treatment from the NCAA. I would like to see Jamie Clark of Washington join his father (Bobby Clark of Notre Dame) in winning an NCAA. Of Course, Bobby only won 1 title...so the younger Clark has a lot of winning to do if they want to catch the father son team of Jerry and Todd Yeagley. Jerry Yeagley was a great , great college coach.

it is an embarrassment that Larry Williams allowed Noreen Herlihy to never move to Akron. She has never had a winning record. 2-13-4 in 2017 3-15-1 in 2021 Can she do worse in 2022 ?.....before Mr. Guthrie does not renew her contract I am very happy now to have professionals like Charles Guthrie and Markus Jennings involved in the athletic department.

when is Herlihy's contract up? When did Williams give her a new contract? has been a long time since they have had winning season 3-5-1 in covid season 8-10-2 in 2019 8-10-2 in 2018 admittedly, those were improvements over 2-13-4 in 2017 that was herlihy's 3rd year.....so she should have been canned after 2017 Herlihy made $77,250 in 2017 $79,568 in 2018 $81,953 in 2019 based on the results above, the Larry and George athletic department should not have given her a big raise Big difference between div. 2 soccer at Slippery Rock.....and div. 1 soccer at Akron. and she has achieved those results....with the best soccer facilities in the MAC
