How about Dalton Williams?! It wasn't too long ago that most of us were unsure of who would start at QB this season, and if it was Dalton, whether or not he would be the man for the entire year. Well, with an impressive performance through seven games, I don't think there are any doubters left. I took a look at some of his stats and realized that he's on pace to break several Akron and MAC records. LINK. Pretty amazing considering our futility on offense just a year ago. LINK.

Appreciate it. As always, the weekend was pleasant and the home fans were for the most part great hosts. I always get excited when I see a schedule with the Zips heading to OU during homecoming weekend. What a party!

The marketing department at UA turns over so much that it's no surprise that they are so ineffective and irrelevant. But it's absolute stupidity to phase out such a great slogan.

Not having the drums was a positive thing. Those things are terribly annoying and dominate the atmosphere, keeping many students out of the flow of the game. They need to learn to accent the chants and songs, not dominate and overcome them.

The men's soccer game follows the football game at 7:30 pm. Definitely a nice cap to what should be an awesome day on campus.

Lot 9, EuroGyro (try the pizza, it's amazing), or just take a walk through campus. There will be plenty going on.

I'm not quite ready to go that far, but I believe that our bowl eligibility will be in question for a few weeks longer. 4 or 5 wins is DEFINITELY possible at this point.
