I get the frustration, but there are a handful of tournament teams from last year that haven't released recruiting classes yet either, including a team that made the last four in Providence (Charlotte and Ohio State are other examples). I'm not sure it is a mistake. Part of the current season took place in 2014 and the survey is for season ticket holders. So them asking if you had been to a game in 2014 would've included games this season.

I thought the automatic bid for the NIT went to the regular season conference champion if they don't win the tournament. So wouldn't CMU go if they don't win the tourney regardless of who wins?
