I don't think it will be that out of hand. WMU did not look bad against Syracuse and Michigan really u underperformed last week. Michigan and Harbaugh are overrated.

No emergency was declared. 4. Nebreaska believes we opted not to play. That is not true. We opted to play on the agreed upon date, not on another date. I think our case is sound....and oh, wait, our head coach also has a law degree. I think we should come to mutual terms. We flew out, suited up, and kicked off. We met our end of the bargain. That kick off changes the whole discussion.

If either teams needs a win for a bowl berth they will consider rescheduling week 14. It is disappointing, yes, but Nebraska fans need to get a grip. If they were, actually stupid enough to not addressnunforseen circumstances in the contract with us, they deserve to lose the money, if we in fact get paid.

They did not, yet, have accommodations, and it was after 10:00 PM. It was unlikely that the boys would have had the night of sleep that you want before playing the game on Sunday and the forecast was notninxredivly promising for Sunday. Williams made the right call. If there were no alternate arrangements for inclement weather in the contract, they will have to pay. We may, as a courtesy, agree to reach a partial payment agreement. Having gone through this scenario last year, I am confident that Williams and Bowden knew what needed to be in place for it to be a go

Doubt it exists unless someone has it DVRd to a format that they can upload video. Best coverage Akron has had against a P5 team. They usually ignore us and spend the whole time talking about the opponent.

Three things that Husker fans are irate about that make me laugh: 1. They paid us over a million dollars for nothing. 2. That the game was delayed due to lightning. 3. That after sitting through the rain, they don't get refunds for their tickets. They are pretty upset with the fact that we paid, even without playing, and seem to believe we did not want to play, tomorrow. I am also seeing their security said it could not happen. I believe the latter. These are huge homeland security events.

I can think of worse outcomes. Sounds like they took a nice team photo on the field, too.

It will be interesting to see where the found space for the kids. Sound like Nebreska worked on the arrangements. There is a lot of talk about Huskers feel like they need the Akron game for any hope of becoming bowl elligible. It would be pretty ironic if they went through all of this and we won.

They went through this last year with WMU. It's more than just find sleeping rooms. They need a place capable of feeding them and meeting and training rooms. It sounds like they barely pulled it off last year at WMU.

There is no way they would find hotel rooms for the Zips and I am sure Frost would not want his kids to sleep in their dorms and apartments tonight and play tomorrow.
