Cap'n I'm glad you aren't worried.

I agree Hipsher lost the team regularly, but I felt like the first time it really happened was that year we lost to Can't in the tourney at home.

If you are suggesting the OU loss was a just a loss I am going to need some of what you are smoking. Akron was dominated by OU and beaten worse than I can remember. They were completely out of the game. It will be interesting o see if they can bounce back tonight. I can't imagine if they lose anyone will have confidence in a win at Can't.

It's a hard one to just blow off, for sure. The way we lost our desire, and the way a certain player flat-out gave up, was troubling to me.

Time to get it together tonight and end the drama of who will win the MAC regular season title. Then take our chances that we can find a way to play two good games in a row in the tournament.

Go Zips !

Beat Canada !

I know we haven't played great tonight, but we just took the lead with 5 minutes to go...You might be overreacting.

Not overreacting...this team is done. We are probably the 4th best team in the MAC at this point after Can't slaughters us Friday.

The team has no leadership and right now, no confidence either.

The officiating didn't help, but we made enough unintelligent plays that I am not even about to blame this one on the referees.

I will. We had lots of bad play tonight, but our good spurts were always interrupted by a phantom foul call or a no call on Buffalo. When you're talking four points, it makes a difference. Akron didn't deserve to win tonight, but they would have won, in my opinion, with a good set of refs.

Disappointing but not devastating. Zips fate is still in their hands. Can't did us a favor by eliminating the Bongcats from beating us out of a top seed so even with a complete collapse and a Buffalo win over BGSU, the Zips still have a top two seed. I'm also worried but the sky is not falling yet. We've gone into the MAC tourney in a lot worse shape than this (even if we do drop to the two seed).
