Game 14- Miami

Like the defensive effort in the opening minutes. We just need to do a better job of securing rebounds after misses. Miami is too good offensively to give 2nd chance point opportunities.

Not a fan of Amani leaving his feet on the 3 point line against their big or Young's foul on the 3 pointer.  Otherwise okay so far.

I haven't looked at the boxscore, but a good chunk of their points have come on 2nd chance point opportunities before the defense gets set. We've done a terrific job of contesting shots this game.

The transformation Tavari has made over his Akron career and Shammah has made since transferring over have been incredible.

I’ve never thought of him as a bad defender. Guess I’ll have to pay closer attention.

On the play where Miami got four chances at the basket and then free throws amani was knocked to the ground and had someone over his back. No foul either time
