AkronAlumnus Posted 17 hours ago Report Posted 17 hours ago Shame UB is without their best player. Would have been another good test for the team. Regardless if we win, it'l be our best win Quote
MDZip Posted 17 hours ago Report Posted 17 hours ago Buffalo having a rough 3 pt shooting start. 1-11. Oof Quote
Reslife4Life Posted 16 hours ago Report Posted 16 hours ago Cooling off from 3, get to halftime up by 15 Quote
roopride Posted 16 hours ago Report Posted 16 hours ago Like the staggered start time. Off to CAnt MIami 1 Quote
LZIp Posted 16 hours ago Report Posted 16 hours ago As someone who has been skeptical of Halligan’s playing time, he seems to be coming along. Good to see 2 Quote
LZIp Posted 16 hours ago Report Posted 16 hours ago Also it’s kind of crazy to me that a 13-5 Buffalo and 14-4 Akron are playing in a sparsely attended game. Remember when Buffalo had a respectable student section? Times have changed pretty quick. Quote

MDZip Posted 15 hours ago Report Posted 15 hours ago Not the greatest announcing Duo I've ever heard as they just gave credit to Kent for all the assists they've gotten in this game. 1 Quote
UAZippers Posted 15 hours ago Report Posted 15 hours ago Other than being unconscious from 3 early, the Zips have not looked great on offense tonight. I feel like there has been a lot of miscommunication and weird turnovers that you usually don't see. 1 1 Quote
Blue & Gold Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago https://x.com/AkronEcho/status/2013959871675183179 Halligan with 7 points last night. Does he get put on scholarship next year? Quote
csims0917 Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago I went to the Kent game last night so I missed this but I’m watching the replay now. Happy to see we dominated early and never really let up. Even if Buffalo had its top scorer out we’ve struggled to do that Quote

Does he get put on scholarship next year? Scholarship limit has been increased from 13 to 15, which is equal to the max roster size. There really is no need to track scholarships anymore for that reason. Quote
csims0917 Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Feels like it’ll also depend on the transfer class. Tavari, Amani, Shammah and Evan graduating will free up a ton of “cap space” in the Wentz fund. So I’m expecting us to be pretty active Quote
