Steeler DE, LT Walton (CMU) played 23 snaps, and LB Frank Zombo, also from CMU, had a tackle, and big tipped pass for the Chiefs. I don't remember Le'Veon Bell with the Zips, he had their new logo on the side of his head yesterday. Maybe just a fan. Did March play? I don't remember seeing him. He didn't show up on the inactives, and I didn't see him in the box score either? "Chiefs declared RB Knile Davis, DL T.J. Barnes, QB Tyler Bray, LB Victor Ochi, OL Mike Person, TE Ross Travis and CB D.J. White inactive" Quote

I didn't see him much and was not as visible as he was earlier this season. 1 Quote
Section210Zip Posted January 16, 2017 Report Posted January 16, 2017 March had broke his hand so his snaps have been limited. Quote

Dean Spanos is arguably the worst owner. Nobody in LA wants the Chargers. They belong in San Diego. 1 Quote

His history seems to indicate that this might be why he's doing this. Frankly, I think Mike should just encourage his son to go to his alma mater Quote

Outside The Lines on ESPN was just discussing this situation with Mike Johnson, his son, and Harbaugh. It seems that the experts all agree that it's a bit unethical, but totally legal and justified when you look at Johnson's background. If he had just been the #1 QB prospect's father who worked at Walmart, it would be a different story. Quote

Captain Kangaroo Posted February 28, 2017 Report Posted February 28, 2017 Former Brookhart Grad Assistant now New England Pats TE Coach A former Zips coach told me 10 years ago - "Watch this kid...he's gonna be a star." He was right. From walk-on punter at John Carroll...to Zips Grad asst...to Super Bowl Champs TE coach in 11 years. Super nice kid too. Very happy for him. Amazing how many of the Brookhart ex-coaches have landed noteworthy college and pro football gigs, while JD himself has been out of football for years. 1 Quote
