Yeah this is a big miss by the Athletic Department. I don't necessarily care that Senior Night is the 2nd to last home game on a Saturday, but it's not like Senior Night snuck up on the department as a "promo". Senior Night should've been announced when the schedule came out, especially since it's not the last home game of the season. Tribble, Freeman, Ali, and Hunter deserve the whole community's support. Hard to do that when even the diehards are caught off guard.

Saw an article that this is coming back this summer and every kid will get around $600 payment for using their name and likeness. Probably the only NIL money that Akron kids will get.

Gotta call the ticket office to see if we can switch games, I guess. Bought 2 for the EMU game thinking that was senior night - like a sensible person. Ugh.

The TV networks have gotten way too lax when it comes to determining which games they want to pick up. It used to be a strict 21-days out determination. Now, they're waiting until roughly two weeks, leaving people hanging. It's insane.

Not much chatter considering the opponent tomorrow night. This game could really shift the momentum after these last few uneven performances. Joint should be jumpin. Go Zips!

I have to go out of town and moved everyhting to accomodate the Zips schedule so I could attend what I believed would be Senior Night (Tuesday, March 5th) and then received the email. I will miss my second game of the season on March 2nd and it is now Senior Night. I love and appreciate this team. Really wish I could be there to see it. Go Zips!

Lanae Riley had 17. It'd be nice to see her do that more often (coming out of high school I thought she would).
