Respectfully, discussions about how teams are rated in college basketball are some of the worst and most tedious discussions in sports. Ranks right up there with NIL deals, the transfer portal, and exit velocity in baseball for me. They are part of the ongoing process that makes everything about the NCAA Tournament. I'm really looking forward to seeing what we have in Eric Mahaffey. I'd heard that he was so good in the preseason last year that he was going to see some time and be a contributor as a freshman. Now, it is clear he is doing the off the court work in the off-season. He could develop into a fine Nate replacement.1 point
