Since Groce has been here, we have won at Kent only one time, the covid season with no fans. The last time we have won at Kent with fans in the building was March 3, 2017
What a stat line for Enrique tonight. 9-10 from the field, 1-1 from deep, 2-2 at the line, 15 rebounds, 21 points, 1 assist, 1 block, and only 1 turnover
If we want to specifically get more people in the jar, but maybe not care about the game, today is a great example. At least 30 kids doing a cheer at halftime, probably 70 parents having to buy tickets to watch. And then another dance group right after. That’s probably 150 fans who normally wouldn’t be here. Make the game fun for those people and maybe they’ll come back when not performing
I’m looking at the retired numbers. Mike Harkins #22 played in 1951, then didn’t play for 3 years, and finished his career playing in 54-56. I would love to know how that worked
If anyone hasn’t seen the zips gear thread this week. The Salvation Army on Brittain road has tons of new UA gear with tags. $5 T-shirts, $10 sweatshirts
The upper reserved section at $25 now just seems way overpriced. The first 3 or 4 rows have the railing in the way of the view. It always seems like a very sparse crowd in those seats
Well, I just checked the ticket website. All tickets for the rest of the season have gone up by $5. GA $15, Upper reserved $25, Lower reserved $35, Lower center reserved $55. It seems like the ticket office knows how good this team is now
Devries went 6-10 from 3 in that game, he is a stud.
That must've been a weird day on campus at Drake yesterday. The game had an attendance of 4,069. I bet you more people on campus cared about the game than the 1 on 1 debate last night
Can confirm they have some great stuff! They even had a deal tonight 5 items for $20. It seems like the bookstore just donated tons of stuff for a end of the year tax write off. All sizes in youth and adult
