How can you possibly recruit anyone to play for the worst team in Div 1? All we can get are losers who don't get any other offers. What we NEED is a nationally known coach who can attract players who want to be coached by someone with players in the NFL.

What can we offer him?

I started a new thread because this is just too painful to watch.The Zips are down to two options:Fire iCoach or just terminate the football program. We are a total laughingstock.

I said a few weeks ago that the biggest problem this year is figuring out who to play. Looks like the team is staring to help KD make that decision. The lineup should and will be: Zeke Tree Diggs Harney AA With Walsh as 6th man and Nik and Egner as rotation subs. Not sure what role Nitro will play. Keep in mind, Nik has been largely silent this season, while Tree and Harney have played themselves into the lineup. Now if only anyone besides Zeke could sink a free throw. The key to success this season is going to be to feed the ball to Zeke. MAC teams will find it very hard to defend him, and with Tree crashing the boards we should get many many putbacks.

MAC Sports will be streaming the game on Saturday @ Akron vs Duquense Live Stream 11/19 The funny thing is the stream does not show up on the schedule for later today. Sure hope it is on.

The only problem is,if one more shot had dropped for us the outcome is different. No matter how hard the refs worked, we only needed one more shot. They can't control it that tight.

Two of the fouls were just absurd. One was the back court offensive foul when the Valpo player just jumped in front of our guy. The other was almost all the rest.

They needed that inbound alley opp to Zeke. But he can't hit from the bench. Which is where the refs put him.

That sucked. We could not do anything right in the last 4 minutes. And the refs hosed us.

WHERE ARE THE TRAVELING CALLS ON THE OTHER SIDE? THAT LAYUP PRACTICALLY STARTED AT HALF COURT.

Very sloppy on offense. Gilliam playing very selfish. Too many forced threes on everyone. AND HORRIBLE OFFICIATING. THERE WAS ONE OFFENSE FOUL IN THE BACKCOURT THAT WAS LUDICROUS.

35-34 MSU at the half. It is on ESPN2 We should be playing Arizona there, not MSU

But Valpo is 83 and Duq is 105, so beating them still probably brings us down, and losing is the kiss of death.

+1 Their tallest player is only 6'8" (if you ignore the three guys who are 7'1", 6'10" and 6'9") The 6'9 an 6'10 guys haven't played a minute fr Valpo. And the 7'1 guy averages 8 minutes a game with 1.3 PPG 2.7 RPG and 0 blocks Bardo is back in college?
