    A lot of guys from last years recruiting class are missing from the spring roster because they weren't eligible. Hopefully they will be back in the fall, but they will have missed an entire year, including spring ball.

    Very true. These 3 counties are good, but nothing like areas of Texas, Florida, Cali,. just for starters.

    Local players will only matter to the family of those local players. If the team sucks it doesn't matter it the players are from Akron or Alaska. If we have 85 locals on the team and each has 2 supportive parents we may get an extra 170 people per game. Maybe other family members, friends, etc. Still it won't make a dent. Winning is what matters.

    That doesn't really matter. As long as they are at 85 they are fine. They didn't go near 25 so it doesn't matter what year either.

    I thought Lane and Moore both didn't make grades. Not getting grades and being a greyshirt are 2 different things. If they didn't make the grades, they will be sophs and will not be able to work with the team until the fall.

    You would be correct. Bowden did mention the need for a #1. It appears that MTB made his own hype and then took himself seriously. He will only be a true soph so it's not like you can say he is a bust yet. I think Wolf may turn some heads.

    MTB needs to step up. We have some depth at WR. They just need to get better. Our weakness is usually the lines. That's where games are won and lost.

    We need some 5th year transfers to fill in some gaps if we want to keep improving.

    Could be, but he is listed as OG. Has DT size though if they recruited him there. I am hoping there are some 5th year transfers on the way to fill some holes on the lines.

    I believe they do. However, Rittman and Wadsworth are not those programs. Cleveland Glenville, Buchtel, McKinley, Massillon, etc are.

    There are a lot of guys out there that haven't decided that are waiting on "better offers". When those offers don't come they will be signing with UA and others. If you really think Bowden is only going to sign as many players as we currently show as commits, I think you will be surprised on NSD.

    Of course they want to get rid of cupcakes. Losses to BCS teams look much better than losses to cupcakes.
