You're right. 3 teams in the top 10 with 2 traditional powers being way down and it's over. I am sure Nebraska will only add to the the downfall. After all, adding another traditionally top 20 team with a lot of history and tradition will only further the downfall. Since you know how the rest of the county thinks of the B10, I think the B10 should just disband and the teams should all join either the MAC, WAC or be independents. Possibly join the Big East or ACC. All of those conferences are obviously superior to the B10. That being said, the names do suck.

DIG, No I haven't considered that. The reason is because I ignore most OSU bashes. Other than the smack board, I only respond to stupidity. Having to bash OSU in a thread about the NC soccer Zips is stupid and sad. I have been here a long time and have experienced this SPS for a long time. If anyone on an OSU board were to call out Akron, I would go after them too. However, they don't do that. I don't like anyone bashing either of my Alma Mater for no reason. I ignore much more than I respond to. You obviously don't see it because it isn't attacking your alma mater. Please don't tell me how to act. If you are saying that responding to those that attack your alma mater is feeding into a negative stereotype, then we have little more to discuss. You obviously have little objectivity on the matter. Perhaps you should be calling out those that feel the urge to attack a school that has nothing to do with anything related to UA winning a NC.

I hear ya skip-zip, i get texts from friends who went or go to Wooster/Can't State/UA/CSU/etc. that have no affiliation with OSU who just laugh at every Akron loss in any sport. Some even texted me yesterday to let me know how boring the game was (they are out of their minds, that was one of the most exciting sporting events in world history). Also, just being around Northeast Ohio, at Browns games, Indians games, or at the mall, I've seen OSU fans that see me wearing Akron colors and point out that "AKRON SUCKS IN FOOTBALL" (as they laugh) or something along those lines. It's annoying, Buckeyes fans in general (the VAST majority) are douches, and they bring it upon themselves with how they treat fans of other teams. So whenever i see someone wearing Buckeyes gear at Akron sporting events, they get an earful from me and my friends (and usually more people join in) until they leave or they take it off. Texts from friends. Wow, I guess I am a jerk that way too then. I have customers all over the Southeast and whenever their teams lose I send them emails and texts too. They do the same back. I had a great time with my New Orleans customers when the Browns won. We all look at it as fun and screwing around. That's what friends do. I wouldn't do it with someone that I don't consider a freind. There is talking smack in a friendly competitive way and being a jerk about it. The people here are mostly jerks about it. Wow, you must hang in odd spots. I have worn my Akron gear many, many places, including the malls and Browns games. where there are OSU fans and have never heard a word. I love how you talk about the vast majority. There are millions, yes I said millions of fans. It is good to know that you know the vast majority of them. You are a popular person. I made it a point to pick them to say there is a new player in town and to take notice. Are you saying UA soccer is a new player in town? I disagree. Maybe you just became a UA fan, but UA has been a major player in college soccer for over 20 years.

I think they should join the MAC for att sports. OK. you piqued my interest. What are att sports? ATT sports are sports that used to be all consumed by one team. They were forced to break up and become a bunch of separate teams. However, that only last a while and then they all come back to being one team again.

He has shown he can blcok shots. That's it. He has a long way to go still. usually guys that are rated that high come in their freshman year as stars. This is his sophomeore year and he still hasn't shown anything.
