Man I agree what more can you do, it doesn't make sense to be winning games "and" losing money because we are giving stuff away. This is not the way to keep a good coach. I think it will be one of 2 things to improve attendance at both basketball and football, when we host a top 25 team and/or the minute we beat a top 25 team...then bangwagoneers will come out.

I live down here in Columbus, OH and hockey is pretty popular, they just built a general public rink by Polaris and it is busy all the time I wonder if UA should get one, the Buckeyes have one.But I feel Northeast Ohio has a decent pool of wrestlers so I think it would be better to go that route, since the first mention would mean the addition of a rink!

I agree it could have displayed the campus a little more but it was still cool to se an AU advertisement during the Super Bowl. Who says we are not on our way up?!!!!

I did a quick photoshop job using google-maps sattelite images with the Syracuse Carrier Dome as a reference. It has a capacity of 49,250, and was built in 1980. Man! Zen, Even if it is out of the question you should e-mail that to someone, that looks awsome, and since there is nothing set in stone there is always a chance!

This basically breaks down into 2 catagories 1. offensively - we will have some dept at key positions for a change, competition for improved play which in turn puts the best person on the field, and maybe even a nice rotation to keep a fresh back in the game (see philadelphia eagles of last year),. 2. Postion move - someone is going to get moved to DB or WR. Point being it really don't matter what the outcome is we are getting more quality skill positions....it is better to have some decisions than no choice!

Hater - Don't be mad because we have another tight recruiting class and we are on the way up and you are on the way down!!

Yeah I agree but I think we are trying to "fill" a stadium and create a demand for more seats and tickets.....25K is small but image having every home game sold out!! And lets not forget the plan have the capability for expansion. I think if we continue to win the bandwagon of sponsors will come.

As far as i know you have to be invited to play in a conference and yes you can be in one conference for football and in another conference for basketball. Good point about the accomplishments and establishing an identity, but I would at the least like to see some white or blue pants to go with the uni's. And I think the Roo head on the sleeves makes it too much...too busy.

It seems like we change uniforms every 5 to 10 years, with that being said do you guys like the current football uniforms? I love the logo and I like the helmet decal but I think overall I think we look too much like the Rams.

Ohiofan and Ohio as I stated earlier I don't mean to sound as if I am singling this kid out! I am just saying if that was "my son" and he said i just don't like it there dorm lifestyle or it's to urban for me i am leaving to go to another school where I am not guaranteed playing time and you have to pay for it...Do you know what my dad would do?....I am well aware that people transfer all the time for many reasons some good some bad. I would never wish ill things upon anyone, I am only saying that "today's society in general" is to quick to give up, & move on etc. Hell my younger brother transfered from one high school to another and it made headlines, and his reasons were way better than the above mentioned My brother left because 1. Half of his neighborhood friends went there and 2. The most important He though he would get better scholarship offers from Massillon than he would were he was at. My parents said it was his decision and ya know what it ended up being escalatied into a he said she said recruiting violations, etc. it was more of a headache than it was worth. You know what it is none of my business why he left nor do I care, Call me crazy but I feel that when a university says we will pay for your books, food, classes, travel expenses to games etc. for the next 5 years even if you fall and break a leg and can't play a single game, we will still honor that contract so long as you get decent grades and don't break the law. And you shake your coaches hand and say thank you, only to turn around and say ehhh I don't like it hear coach nothing against you or the team but c-ya. when my son shakes the mans hand that gives him a full ride scholarship I want him to understand it is a commitment that you will work hard and set and be an example of how a young athlete should act, REGARDLESS, if you are the star of the team or on scout team.....
