Sweet thanks Bzip, it makes me feel sad and happy at the same time cause i have some great memories at brown st residence hall. Washing Laundry leaving to go get Mcdonalds across the parking lot only to come back and having it set on top of the dryer cause I was gone to long. Or fellow quad members not keeping the door close and having a girl knock on my door...while there was one in my room. Sitting on "The Rock" our front watching kids go to the same class I should be going to. Ahhhh the memories.

Can someone help me out here, I always considered us like a Central Florida, 1. They have a large market in Orlando / We have Akron,Canton,Cleveland2. They struggled in the MAC so do we3. They have to compete with FSU, Miami, Florida, and now USF, FAU, FIU, FamU etc. / We have OSU and Cinci and the MAC4. They are a public school / we are a public school5. They got a new stadium / we have one on the wayHopefully we will have the same success, because they are clearly on their way up.

Is SMU is no better than UofA? I mean they are terrible year in and year out, how do they do it their enrollment is 10K ours is 23K. Their stadium holds 32K ours holds 32K. What the hell man.

Jones' contract is expected to be for five years and close to $2 million per year. The deal is expected to be booster funded. SMU athletic director Steve Orsini has reportedly sold up to 20 boosters on the concept of donating up to $100,000 per year for five years. This was mentioned on ESPN about 10 minutes ago. I really admire SMU, doing something like this is showing that they are committed to having a winning program and went out and got a proven head coach.

Negative talk on this board? You make it sound like it is a crime for wanting more.......no expecting more, because that is what we should be doing. Sounds like you want us to sugar coat things. We both want success but you can't get there unless you acknowledge your weaknesses and mistakes. We wanna be big time you gotta act big time, expect big time, but at the very least you should minimize mistake, no holdings, dropped passes, redundant screens, etc. These are all easy fixes!!!!!I remember when Bill Snyder Kansas State's head coach at the time, came into our locker room after we just got our heads kicked in by his team, said that they were once where we are, and to stick to doing the right things,work hard, and not just believe but know you are better than your opponent, don't EVER settle for less.If you are used to a Faust 1-11 season a L.O. 2-10 season saying 7-5 is great is settling, it's settling for good when you should strive to be great. He's not the only one, the QB for Ball State doesn't hold the laces either. It is basic football that you are suppose to hold the laces, but a few QB's with "big" hands can get away with it.
